mBank is a growing company seeking talented professionals for the position of Business Banking Customer Service Specialist to join our existing team in Birmingham, Michigan. Your role in this position will be to provide a superior level of customer service and support to the Banks’ commercial clients, assist these clients in setting up their business online electronic banking, perform account maintenance, assist with daily lock box activity, business deposits, and support branch activity in various capacities.
If you have the following traits, this job may be for you:
- 2+ years of banking experience and a minimum of a high school diploma.
- Experience working in a Commercial Banking environment a bonus.
- Enjoy building customer relationships with an ability to recognize client needs and coordinate with other departments to deliver value-added solutions.
- Possess an ability to identify new sales opportunities and make timely referrals to appropriate team members.
- Enjoy participating in community organizations.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office software with additional training in Excel and Word preferred.
- Possess the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Sincere desire to provide excellent customer service both internally and externally.
